I love fashion.
I've barely missed a single issue of Harper's Bazaar since I've been in Australia (almost 8 years), and I've never missed an episode of Project Runway. How vividly I remember watching the fifth season in 2008, cheering on Leanne Marshall, the truly talented designer from Portland with the distinctive style. As the finale was airing, I was already searching online for stockists, only to discover she'd been selling on Etsy in her LEANIMAL shop since 2007. Luckily for us, she's still there, making amazing pieces for special events and custom weddings gowns. I particularly adore this yellow silk organza dress.
Everyone needs a classic in their wardrobe. A white shirt, a LBD or a tailored suit jacket. I include shift dresses in that list - they're so effortless. If you're like me, you'll love ELMERY, Seowyee Loh's label made in Kuala Lumpur. Her interesting prints are a nice twist on the classic cut.
Andreea Lofgren owns CT BY COUTURE TIME, home to casual but stylish dresses. She offers a huge array of different cuts, but be warned, it won't be easy to pick out just one at checkout.
There really are some fantastic shops from Israel on Etsy. LIROLA by Kfar Sava local Liron is one of them. If you've been looking for a beautifully-made staple wrap or a cowl neck dress, check out her range now. All made from soft jersey cotton, these dresses will fit all shapes and would be perfect for showing off a baby bump (I wish I'd known about them when I was pregnant!).
